These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Ro Care Bharat website and any RO repair, installation, filter replacement, AMC, water treatment or spare parts service booked with us. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Offered

Ro Care Bharat provides RO water purifier repair and servicing, installation, filter replacement, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), commercial/industrial RO plant repair, water treatment services, genuine spare parts, and water purifiers for home and commercial use, delivered at the customer's doorstep in the cities we cover.

3. Booking & Appointments

• Service requests can be made via our website, phone call or WhatsApp.
• We aim to schedule a technician visit at a mutually convenient time; exact arrival times may vary based on technician availability, location and traffic conditions.
• Same-day service, where mentioned, is available in most — but not necessarily all — cities we cover, and is subject to technician availability.
• Please ensure someone is available at the service address at the scheduled time, and that the RO unit/area is reasonably accessible for inspection and repair.

4. Pricing & Payments

• Prices shown on our website (for services, AMC plans or products) are indicative starting prices and may vary depending on your RO model, the exact issue diagnosed, your location, and any parts required.
• The technician will inform you of the final cost, including any spare parts required, before carrying out chargeable work.
• Payment is due upon completion of the service, using the payment method(s) made available to you by our team at the time.

5. Genuine Parts & Warranty

We use genuine spare parts for repairs and replacements. Warranty on parts and products, where applicable, follows the terms specified by the respective part/product manufacturer or as communicated to you at the time of purchase or service. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs by third parties, or normal wear and tear.

6. AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) Terms

AMC plans include the number of service visits, inclusions (such as filter changes, tank cleaning or TDS checks) and duration as described on our website or in your AMC confirmation. Any additional parts or work outside the plan's scope will be chargeable separately, with costs shared before the work is carried out.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Please provide accurate contact and address details when booking a service.
• Please describe the issue with your RO/purifier as accurately as possible to help us prepare the right parts and tools in advance.
• Access to electricity and water supply at the service location is required for most repairs and installations.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may reschedule or cancel a service request by contacting us by phone or WhatsApp before the scheduled visit. We request reasonable advance notice so we can reassign the technician's time appropriately.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we take care to deliver reliable, professional service, Ro Care Bharat shall not be liable for any pre-existing faults in your RO unit or plumbing that are unrelated to the service performed, or for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control. Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the value of the specific service or product paid for.

10. Website Use & Intellectual Property

The content on this website — including text, images, logos and design — belongs to Ro Care Bharat or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes related to learning about or booking our services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
